Jack is Senior Pastor of Vineyard Community Church, having started the church in 1988 with twelve people.  Jack has a B.A. in Religion from Grand Canyon University and an M.A. in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary.  Jack and his wife Brenda have four adult children, Brandon, Brady, Britt, Breana, and are legal guardains of five younger children, Anthony, Dayton, Mackenzie, Aurora, and Cierra. 

Mark has been in full time ministry for over 30 years. He is a graduate of MidAmerica Nazarene University in Olathe, Kansas and of Nazarene Theological Seminary in Kansas City, Missouri. Mark was born in the San Joaquin Valley of California where he was raised on a farm. Later, his family moved to Colorado and then Missouri. Before moving to Arizona to plant a Vineyard church, Mark served as a youth pastor in Olathe, Kansas and as a senior pastor Valley City, North Dakota. Mark and Bonnie have twin sons, Matt and Mike, who are both married with families.   

Officially licensed as a minister in 1971, Danny has served in many areas of pastoral and worship ministry. In February of 2001, he joined the staff of Vineyard Community Church. He is presently serving as an associate pastor and leads the worship ministry.  As well, he oversees VBI (Vineyard Bible Institute) and coordinates the media ministry of the church.

Danny and his wife Janet have four grown sons: Joshua, Daniel, John and Jacob. 

Melanie was born and raised in California . She has attended a Vineyard Church for over 16 years, VCC  since 1999. She has been married to her wonderful husband Lonnie for 20 years and has 5 children, Courtney (14), Caleb (12), Kaitlyn & Katarina (9 yr old twins), Christoper (5 months). 

She began working in leadership in the MOPS group. She has also served as a small group leader with her husband. Melanie joined the staff as Women’s Ministry Director in June of 2005.

Lonnie has been a member of Vineyard Community Church since 1999 and has served as a small group leader and children's church teacher.  Lonnie currently serves as Men's Ministry Director, Junior High Youth Leader  and is a Commander in the Royal Rangers program. Prior to coming to Arizona Lonnie served as a small group leader at the Vineyard Christian Fellowship in San Jose, California.

Lonnie is married to his wonderful wife Melanie for over 20 years and they have five children (Courtney, Caleb, Kaitlyn,  Katarina, and Christopher).

Obadiah "Obie" Pinner has been attending the Vineyard since 1995 when he started attending East Valley Vineyard in Mesa, Arizona. He has been working in youth ministry since 1998 and became the full-time youth pastor at Vineyard Community Church in September of 2006.

Obie and his wife Jen married in May of 2005 and recently became parents of their first child, Elijah. Obie and Jen both have a passion to help teens develop a relationship with Christ that reaches beyond Sunday mornings.
